ACTION COMPOSITES TECHNOLOGY

Rapid prototypes can be generated in house through an additive process such as 3D printing or be machined from a variety of materials such as Renshape.

3D printed parts are grown using ABS plastic, this process is a good wa to quickly prototype small parts with a minimal amount of setup time and effort. Our printer's maximum printable area is 8" X 8" X12", larger parts can be made in by sectioning a CAD model into smaller pieces and bonding an assembly.

Machined Renshape is often preferable for larger models. The maximum operating area for this process is 50" X 20" X 25".
